The world of Competitive Dance is heavily influenced by Gymnastics, Contortion Training, and Acrobatics. I have created four levels of programs to assist in lengthening your dancers' lines, increasing their strength and safely using their flexibility to execute acrobatic tricks properly. All programs include a full written description, a corresponding video, and an upbeat Spotify playlist to go with your class. A cardio and suitable physical warm up is essential before attempting any part of these training videos. Resistance Bands are encouraged for certain exercises but not required. Light to medium resistance is best. Beginner is best suited for students with little to no training in the specified genre.
