FLEXIBILITY

      In order for your dancers to become more flexible, it takes time, repetition, and the right set of exercises. Rize Flexibility programs are heavily based on active stretching and strength building. Each program includes: a full written description of the combination, a corresponding video and song notation from your Spotify playlist link. A cardio and suitable physical warm up is essential before attempting any part of these training videos. Programs are available in 4 levels: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Pre-Pro. Beginner is best suited for students with little to no training in the specified genre. Resistance bands and Yoga Blocks are necessary for these programs. When purchasing bands, a medium resistance is best.
